Job 1: Warehouse Manager

Job Role:
* Custodian of all finished goods stock and resalable items including loading and off loading
Key Performance Indicators
* Act as a link between production and sales on orders and finished goods
* Ensure proper handling and storage of material to prevent damage
* To reconcile all monthly stock including resalable items
* Ensure material for dispatch is loaded correctly
* Ensure timely off loading and loading of trucks
* Facilitate Kanban/Pull management
* Supervise dispatch staff
* Monitor performance and develop training needs for dispatch staff
* Maintain all casual and loading contracts payment record
* Prepare and submit appropriate reports
Job Specifications
* Education: Minimum Bachelors degree in Business Management or equivalent
* Relevant Work Experience: Minimum 4 years experience in a similar busy multi-cultural manufacturing environment dealing in diverse products; Knowledge in material handling (over 200 products), Stock Management, Kaizen model, especially Kanban system, and safety standards will have added advantage

Job Role: Ensure timely dispatch of raw and finished goods
Key Performance Indicators
* To monitor and track movement of finished goods from production to warehouses
* To ensure proper arrangement of finished goods in the warehouse
* To ensure accurate and timely loading of finished goods to vehicles
* To take part in the preparations and actual end month stock taking.
* To ensure there is adequate allocation and supervise of on manpower
* To maintain record of stock movements
* To plan shift management
* To dialogue with staff with a view to establishing a platform for optimum application of talent

* Education: Minimum Diploma in Business Management or equivalent
