Admin Assistant / Store Keeper
Our client, a leading agro chemical company seeks to recruit an Administrative Assistant / Storekeeper.
The successful candidate will be responsible for;
    Providing administrative support to the business.
    Projecting a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction. 
Ensuring ordered goods leave on time and according to schedule
    Overseeing the overall cleanliness of the warehouse
    Coordinating the casual staff and ensuring they are performing their duties according to expected company standards.
    Performing general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
    Supervising the offloading and dispatch of goods.
    Receiving, storing and issuing supplies and materials as well as compiling records of supply transactions.
    Verifying that supplies received are listed on requisitions and invoices.
    Inventory management
    Issuing supplies.
    Overseeing stock control according to a prescribed computerized inventory system
    Organizing and controlling the flow of stock.

Qualifications and Competencies

    Diploma in a business related field
    Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
    Outstanding organization and planning skills.
    Outstanding people skills and communication skills
    Mature personality and can work with minimal supervision
    Accounting knowledge is an added advantage
